    Design Flaw.
The Geiselle Tricon spring vs. A standard trigger spring you can easily see the difference. Put the standard one on and the box goes flush.

Do I use the standard spring? I would hazard a guess it would just lower my first stage pull.
Have to find a screw first.....
I bought the same Geiselle trigger for my SLR.... looks like I'm going to run into trouble with it as well

My Geiselle fit in my SLR without issue, you might be ok. Although I agree the trigger box screw is far too soft.

The design could certainly use some refinement..

Thanks for posting your troubles, though it's a shame that you had them.
The srew is not required as the safety holds the box in place.

This is one fine receiver set and well worth the wait. The absence of the take down pins gives it a sleek look along with a very tight fit with the sliding T type connection between the receivers. The design results in zero slop. The barrel extension has a very very tight fit, but with mil grease and some muscle it will go in.

On the down side it is expensive which is expected because of our desire for an NR AR style style rifle. IMO owners will be happy with the product. Good job MDI.
