    Shamelessly copied from else where

ill send a reply to that email as well.
    the 37mm cases and 40 mm cases we make and 37mm x 44 and 40 x44
The longer cases wont work in recreational 37mm launcher, they are made for the arwin ace, penn arms and other government launchers, so they are either 40mm necked down to 37/38mm or straight walled 40mm .
at this time the 37mm and 40 mm ammo we have as LEO/mil sales only.
but the cases are good to go, as will the projectiles that we will make, when we get to it.

Those are special order items (i.e. aren't in Canada at the moment). If you would like to order them and are not in a hurry send them a message ([email protected]) and they will add stock to the website so you can place the order.

37mm bird bombs or smoke? Not sure Most of the places that sell 37mm stuff are LEO only, even for stuff like simple chalk rounds!

You can build your own smokes really easy with those 37mm cases, these slip right in and give off an absurd amount of white smoke: https://www.acklandsgrainger.com/en/...nls=NLSAA_NA-2 (use black powder as propellant to guarantee ignition. spray your barrel down with pam cooking spray before launching, so the black powder doesn't gum up the barrel/make it easy to clean).

If you want smoke in a colour other than white these are also reported to fit perfect in the 37mm cases but I have not tried them, and they are fairly fragile so might break up when they land: https://www.rocketfireworks.ca/60gsmoke.html

I'm going to try these smokes soon! If you peel off the paper label they slip right in the 37mm cases no problem. The only issue is they are hollow through the center so you'd have to use plug/wad/sabot to let the pressure push it out of the barrel: https://www.rocketfireworks.ca/redburstsmoke.html

You can buy bird bombs here but you'd have to make up a sleeve or something because they are a small diameter: https://www.margosupplies.com/canada/bangers

Another option is to get a 37mm to 12ga adapter and shoot 12ga bird bombs out of your launcher: https://www.margosupplies.com/canada...-shellcrackers

It's probably illegal but you can also take these apart and use the gunpowder in them for your propellant, and they have a little bird bomb cartridge for the bang, works great if you get some 1.5" wood dowel and drill the center out to fit the cartridge and send the whole works down range: https://www.rocketfireworks.ca/atombomb.html (and you'll have 4 seconds of spare waterproof visco fuse left over for other special projects)

If you want to cook up some EXTRA fun rounds it's best you get both your pyrotechnics license and Class 2 (display) fireworks license. Keep in mind, even with your license, you can still be fined for shooting off fireworks without a permit on a non-fireworks day.

Wow, Jamie, thanks for all of that!!! I've had my launcher for about a year now but have not really had an idea how to "reload" or "build" rounds for it. Last week, I decided enough is enough and I need to educate myself. Now I just have to figure out how to attach it to my M-4 as the rail is barely too small to fit!!!
